Welcome to the world of Cero Design & Built. We are in the business of creating specific dreams through the marvels of mosaics. We combine in our work design, artistic painting and architecture in order to present a theme through imagination and color. We are very enthusiastic because we can offer the flexibility of our work to public areas so that they can represent the true personality that can be achieved through open areas, large walls, parks and public and private buildings. Likewise, our creations offer a unique product to the art lover through a highly creative color composition. We design mosaics for recreational areas, private gardens, private spaces, facades and floors of any dimension. Cero Design & Built also designs homes and gets involved in all kinds or remodeling of interiors. We include our knowledge of art and architecture in the creation of spaces that harmonize with the environment and provide the best and most efficient use of available space. Originality of design is always present, not two are alike. As each person is different from one another, as well as each living space, community, city, and building are different. We enjoy to reflect this diversity through art, and maintain it simple and harmonious.
The involvement with the community proves to be the most gratifying of all. It is our pleasure to teach the art and culture of the mosaic to new generations of artists, no matter their age. People learn to care and cherish the artwork.

Our Team
CELSO GONZALEZ
Artist/DesignerCelso González, Puerto Rican plastic artist, was born on May 17, 1973 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. From an early age his motivation was to create monumental murals. From his art studies in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico and then architecture in Sci-Arc, California. He has already made numerous exhibitions in countries as diverse as Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Italy, France and Taiwan among others. Project ManagerAs the project manager for Cero Design & Built, I ensure all task runs smoothly on a daily basis. Since 2002, I contribute and work hard to establish strong business relationships with all of our clients. I take our clients need into consideration, as well as overseeing the area where a one of our pieces are being built. I supervise all the projects, and tasks so they are completed on time as each client requires, and without any setbacks.
ROBERTO BIAGGI
Artist/DesignerRoberto Biaggi is a versatile Puerto Rican artist, dedicated to design architecture, art direction, scenography, paintings, furniture design and filmmaker. Born on October 20, 1973 in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. From a very young age his artistic interest was showed by making hundreds of drawings in notebooks.
He began his studies in Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis in 1991, there he also takes various courses in (more…)
